1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $100+)
- USA: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping ($15)
- USA: 2-3 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
3. International Shipping
- Duties & taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

4. Order Tracking
Track your package:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Log into your account at celiabdress.com/track-order.
- Enter your order number on our tracking page.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (via express shipping)
- Certain restricted countries (listed at celiabdress.com/restricted-countries).
6. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unpaid customs fees
You will be responsible for reshipment costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office first.
- Report missing packages within 14 days via celiabdress.com/shipping-help.
8. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November–January):
- Processing may take 1-2 additional days.
- Check celiabdress.com/holiday-schedule for cutoff dates.
9. Change of Address
To modify your shipping address:

- Changes are only possible before your order ships.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product.
