Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (Free on orders $100+)
    • USA: 3-7 business days
    • International: 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping ($15)
    • USA: 2-3 business days
    • International: 5-10 business days

3. International Shipping

  • Duties & taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Track your package:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Log into your account at celiabdress.com/track-order.
  3. Enter your order number on our tracking page.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (via express shipping)
  • Certain restricted countries (listed at celiabdress.com/restricted-countries).

6. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unpaid customs fees
    You will be responsible for reshipment costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office first.
  • Report missing packages within 14 days via celiabdress.com/shipping-help.

8. Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November–January):

  • Processing may take 1-2 additional days.
  • Check celiabdress.com/holiday-schedule for cutoff dates.

9. Change of Address

To modify your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at celiabdress.com/contact.
  • Changes are only possible before your order ships.

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at celiabdress.com/claims.
